CAFTERIA-THE AGE OLD PLACE OF SOCIALISM

It was a place for reunions and get togethers.
To enjoy class bunks and class breaks..
To enjoy, happiness, love , hate affection..
Those who love intellectual discussions, panchara!!!



Even though the tea's and coffee were so bad, vadas, and pazhampories were so small(we (mc) use to say the pazham use to cut with microtem to make it so thin).........
College Union had holding the conduct of CAFTERIA at some point of time..
SFI had an office near to that where many , strategic, tragic,lethargic decisions were taken by executive committee, where we use to store, flags, banners, posters sticks and so on....The great decisions, ulparti janathipathyam started there,
Ulukkan, myself, sivan sajeev were there for the discussion on joint strike!!! The great decision of expelling MC was taken there, sajulal and Pakkaran were against that!!! The great event, really changed the lives of many of us....



When ladies hostel was near to it, it was a great place of waiting. When it got shifted, the entire life in CAFTERIA got changed, along with the political structure in the campus...The election times, CAFTERIA use to become more attractive with posters, banners etc..Now it might be a heritage destination...





In frond of that there was a west indian cherry tree and small hut thatched with coconut leaves.........People used to sit there for side views...
Every class break- we use to walked to Cafteria, gave a break and excercise to us...
I still remember the birthday celebration of Jefry, the first birthday ever celebrated in our batch was in the Cafteria....yes we were not so emotionally attached with our political parties at that time.....

The back side of cafteria was mainly used back singers, lovers who want to go to heaven, cigar smokers, beedi smokers and regular class bunkers...

Its just a generic view.....Have lot of personal memories toooooooo, I posted in in the orkut group (we have two vellayani group for discussions in orkut mostly juniors)

During exam time it was a study and discussions place tooo.
Any thing missed about cafteria....

Sunil MC of our batch prepared a very nice write up for my magazine..
It published in Matews Magazine with a lot of irrational editing and published in 1993..........I am searching for the original....I think its with buji......with fully edited magazine...............
